* Are your shoes only sold online?
We have a range of stockists Australia wide that carry our products. A full list of stockists can be found here. Alternatively you can call or email Fiebiger Shoes to place an order.
* Do I have to have a Paypal account to be able to buy online?
You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase online as long as you have a debit or credit card to use. Once you are transferred to the Paypal payment site simply click on "Pay with a debit or credit card" and you will be able to enter your card details without creating a Paypal account.
* Do you accept credit cards for telephone orders?
Yes. Fiebiger Shoes accepts bank deposit, paypal payments, credit card or cheque for orders placed by phone or email.
* How much is delivery?
Delivery fee Australia wide varies and is based on the total amount spent. Prices are listed below:
Up to $49.99 Spent = $5 Delivery Fee
$50 and up Spent = $10 Delivery Fee
Provided that your payment has been accepted and the requested
product you have chosen is in stock, all orders placed on weekdays
will be sent out within 48 hours. Australia wide deliveries should
be received within 3 business days however due to external factors,
please allow up to 5 business days before contacting Fiebiger
Shoes. Further information regarding our shipping policies can be found here
* Do you do deliver overseas?
We are able to deliver worldwide however at the moment we cannot process international orders via our online store. Our website is currently only set up to cater to Australian residents. However any international orders can be placed by email on info@fiebigershoes.com

* What is your refund and exchange policy?
Fiebiger Shoes want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods, we will gladly accept
exchange or refunds of unworn merchandise within 28 days of the
delivery date. Please fill out this return form and include it with your return package.
**We are more than happy to extend our return policy to 40 days over the Christmas period.
Exchanges or Refunds may be made when:
• You receive damaged or marked goods.
• You receive the wrong size or colour.
• The shoe you purchased doesn't fit.
• The item you purchased is not as expected, either in colour, style or look.
Fiebiger Shoes will exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price
(not including postage) providing:
• Items are in original condition, meaning they have not
been worn other than the initial trying on and are unmarked. We
recommend you try shoes on carpeted flooring.
• Item/s are not damaged or altered in anyway.
• The returned item/s are in the original packaging
and box as received.
**** No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging
size or colour within Australia ****
Exchanges or Refunds will not be granted for:
• Shoes that have been marked or damaged in any way including
the sole (please ensure you try on the shoes on carpet).
• Shoes returned that are not in the original packaging.
• Makeup or beauty products returned that are not in the original packaging or have been opened or used.
